5 builds you keep
Incoming enquiry emails classified by type and urgency, drafted replies prepared for review, and anything ambiguous escalated to a person. The flow runs on its own; nothing sends without approval.
Supplier invoices arriving as PDFs, with vendor, date, amount and GST number pulled into a spreadsheet, and a flag on anything the extraction was unsure about.
A recording becomes a transcript, the transcript becomes decisions and owners, and the owners land in a shared tracker. Includes the accuracy check on names, which is where it usually fails.
Numbers come from the spreadsheet; the narrative explaining what moved and why is drafted from them and then edited by you. The part of reporting that takes longest.
Ten tasks your team repeats, turned into tested templates with blanks, documented so a new colleague gets the same output you do.
Hands on with
Before you enrol
None at all. Nothing in this course requires code, including the automation module, which uses Power Automate's visual builder. If you can build a formula in Excel you are already past the hardest part.
It depends entirely on which version you are using, and that is covered properly in the first module. Consumer and enterprise accounts have different data handling, and many Indian companies have policies on this. You will leave knowing what to check before pasting anything.
It is replacing tasks rather than roles, and mostly the tedious ones. The people at risk are those doing only the tasks a tool now does in seconds. The point of this course is to be the person who automates those, not the one automated.
The honest answer is whichever is already paid for where you work, because that is the one you can use on company data. We teach all three and the prompting skill transfers completely between them.
It is sixteen hours, and it is short because there is no theory to get through. The value is in the practice: every module is built on tasks you already do, so you leave with things running rather than things understood.
Where this leads
One skill on a CV is a hobby. These are the courses students take alongside this one, in the order that builds an actual role.
Editing is now half craft and half tooling. Learn the craft properly, then use AI to remove the tedious parts: transcription, captions, rough cuts and cleanup.
Five weeks to a dashboard your workplace will actually use. Data modelling and DAX taught properly, because that is where most Power BI users get stuck.
Excel remains the most widely used analysis tool in Indian offices. This takes you from formulas through Power Query and pivot modelling to macros.
